Edward married Amanda Fitzgerald Deel on 7 Apr 1846. Amanda was born in 1826.

They had the following children:

	10	M	ii	James Grubbs was born in 1849.
	11	M	iii	Augustine Sydnor Grubbs was born on 28 Mar 1851.
				Augustine married Sarah on 16 Oct 1878.
	12	F	iv	Katherine Keller Grubbs was born on 28 Sep 1855.
	13	F	v	Margaret Grubbs was born in 1852.
	14	M	vi	William Grubbs.
	15	M	vii	Un-Named Twins Grubbs was born in 1857. He died in 1857.
